New Year's Day
Employees who work for Surge on a continuous basis are eligible to receive one week of paid vacation annually based on the total amount of hours worked.

Our comprehensive medical coverage program provides wellness and hospital benefits as well as prescription benefits. We also offer dental insurance and group term life coverage. Eligibility for the plan occurs after 30 days of accepting employment through Surge and maintaining minimum hour requirements.
