Online Support Manager

Our company is looking for an experienced Online Support Manager to lead our online support department. 

The Online Support Manager will be responsible for providing leadership to the online support specialists and supervising the day to day operations of the department. The Online Support Manager is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction through fast and accurate communication, and ensuring we are consistently providing top-notch online support that aligns with our company goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the online support department
  • Maintain accurate records of all online support activities and discussions from all online support specialists
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, chat, and social outlets
  • Create effective online support procedures, policies, and standards for the department
  • Recruit, mentor and train online support specialists 
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
