  • Calling to touch base with people for clients, problem solve and answer questions
  • Create, update, manage, and close customer accounts
  • Assist customers by answering questions, navigating the website, and other account functions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, gain trust, and build loyalty
  • Remain informed on company updates, improvements, delays, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Operate a computer and other related software
  • Troubleshoot basic account or program issues or call for repairs
  • Assist customers by phone, chat, email, text, and other platforms
  • Meet company-specific performance goals

Position Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • Able to multi-task is needed
