Responsibilities:

• The primary duties of the guest service representative are to assist guests with check-in & check-out processes
• Provide guests with hotel services information
• Accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner.

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to work independently and have initiative
• Required to stand for long periods
• Will engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling
• Comply with safety standards
