Job Details:

  • First shift, Monday - Thursday

Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming paperwork and make copies before distributing
  • Sort files alphabetically and according to content, dates, etc.
  • Enter paperwork into the electronic system by date entry or optical scanner
  • Develop an organized filing system to easily update and retrieve files
  • Create, update, process, and maintain records
  • Accurately file and retrieve documents when asked
  • Prepare records for off-site storage with care
  • Abide by confidentiality policy to safeguard data and information
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


Position Requirements:

  • Previous related experience is strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Outstanding verbal and written understanding of English
  • Knowledge of filing systems
