  • Payroll, scheduling, and clerical
  • Plan and develop divisional goals, strategic plans, and objectives
  • Direct workforce development, training programs, policy updates, among other projects
  • Assist and advise company leaders
  • Head smaller administrative projects and assignments
  • Train new employees
  • Represent the company at conferences and meetings
  • Review contract-related documents to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
  • Draft and edit various communications for company leaders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Position Requirement:

  • Previous Administrative, Payroll, and Leadership experience
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, time management, and organization skills
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Maintain professionalism and politeness in any situation
  • Positive attitude
  • Team oriented
