Job Details:

  • First shift, Monday - Friday

  • New employee onboarding 
  • HR administration
  • Assist with documentation and coordination as required
  • Reporting
  • Email correspondence
  • Other administrative projects and duties as assigned by manager
  • Accounts Receivable/ Payable
  • Process, review, code and input daily outgoing invoices and incoming payments
  • Collections on past due accounts
  • Assist in receiving and tracking vendor/supplier preliminary notices and lien release requirements, submittals, and releases
  • Reconcile Accounts as required
  • Make bank deposits
  • Post deposits to the accounting system
  • An ability to produce a high-volume output while maintaining an attention to detail.

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication required
  • Decision-maker and problem-solver
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized
  • Knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Great attendance and punctual
