  • Operate bonding machines that use adhesives to join materials for further processing
  • Align materials being joined to ensure accurate application of adhesive or heating seal
  • Adjust machine according to specifications of width, length, and thickness of materials, amounts of adhesive, temperature, and time settings
  • Inspect machine to detect malfunctions and report or resolve issues
  • Perform test runs and make necessary adjustments
  • Examine and measure completed products to confirm quality and specifications
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear

Position Requirements:

  • Required to stand for long periods
  • Engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions and temperatures
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a loud and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attendance and punctual
