Job Details:

• First shift, Monday - Friday
• 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance and repair on customer vehicles
• Disassemble components and diagnose problems to determine the extent of repairs and parts needed
• Discuss and explain repairs/issues and provide excellent customer service
• Pre-assemble position, mount, and install any range of required fixtures, hardware, and accessories
• Remove damaged sections of vehicles and install replacements
• Test installed items, determine causes of failures and reassemble where components are found to be faulty
• Document non-conformances and verify rework
• Communicate with production employees on customer expectations, workmanship standards, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Comply with the company’s safety protocols and always wear protective gear

Position Requirements:

• Previous Automotive experience and/or education is required
• Required to stand for long periods
• Required to engage in repetitive motions including frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions
• Must have general knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards
