Job Details:

  • First shift, Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • Oil doorknobs, locks, hinges, and gates when necessary
  • Repair and unclog toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains
  • Replace and install carpets and wooden floors
  • Ready units for new tenants
  • Repair and install wires, plugs, and switches
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum floors in common areas
  • Paint communal areas and exterior walls
  • Take out trash from common areas
  • Manage inventory for maintenance supplies and order supplies when needed
  • Unlock apartments when tenants have been locked out
  • Schedule repairs that require special technical skills
  • Clean, drain, fill, open, and close pool if necessary
  • Clean, sanitize, and stock gym if necessary

Position Requirements:

  • Previous maintenance experience is preferred
  • Strong communication, time management, organization, and collaboration skills
  • HVAC, CMRP, or similar certification is a plus
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Required to stand for long periods
  • Knowledge of common tools and equipment
