  • Greet visitors and answer any questions
  • Help visitors with navigation
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls
  • Schedule appointments
  • Manage and update calendars
  • Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
  • May prepare different types of reports when needed
  • May process, type, edit, or format reports and documents when needed
  • Maintain electronic or paper databases and filing systems
  • Accurately create, maintain, and enter data into the system
  • May answer and direct emails
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Perform copying, scanning, and faxing
  • Troubleshoot basic office equipment malfunctions
  • Uphold best business practices and etiquette

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in administration
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Decision-maker and problem-solver
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organized
  • Knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
