RESPONSIBILITIES

Read and understand work orders
Determine specifications and materials needed
Accurately wind wire coils that are used in electrical components
Operator or monitor wire-coiling machinery
Precisely attach or trim wire, insulation, and coils
Safely utilize hand and power tools
Use pliers and wire scrapers to cut, strip, and bend the wire leads at the ends of coils
Inspect machine functionality before and after use
Learn troubleshooting and basic repairing
Load materials onto equipment used in the coiling process
Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Position Requirements:

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to keep up with production speak
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Attention to detail
Team player
Willingness to learn
