Position Overview

A manufacturing facility in Bedford Park is seeking experienced Machine Operators to support the production of corrugated box sheets. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering on-the-job training and long-term potential within a fast-paced production environment.

Shift Details

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM 
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Overtime: Mandatory based on business needs, including extended shifts (10–12 hours) and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Inspect products and identify or correct quality issues
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Read a tape measure (up to 1/16”) and perform basic math
• Learn and apply job-specific processes and skills

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic calculations
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
• Flexibility to work overtime as required
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow direction

Note: Candidates with only packaging experience will not be considered

• Non-climate-controlled facility; temperatures may reflect outdoor conditions
• Repetitive, fast-paced work

• Required use of PPE and adherence to GMP standards
• Overtime schedules posted in advance; mandatory overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Corrugator machine experience
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments
