Job Summary

We’re currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to support multiple residential properties throughout the Northwest Ohio region. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently across different locations.

Location & Travel

This role will travel between properties in (Reliable transportation is required):

• Plymouth, OH
• Tiffin, OH
• Galion, OH
• Bucyrus, OH

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances
• Complete unit turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate with contractors when needed
• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to company standards
• Respond to occasional on-call maintenance needs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous maintenance experience (property management or similar environment preferred)
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using a tablet or mobile device for work orders

Work Environment

• Active, hands-on role requiring physical movement throughout the day
• Indoor and outdoor work depending on property needs
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs as needed
