Shift & Hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
40 hours per week (part-time options may be considered, including for retirees)
Pay:
$20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manufacture, assemble, and repair tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, molds, and gauges according to blueprints, CAD models, or verbal instructions.
Operate manual and CNC machines including lathes, mills, grinders, and other precision equipment.
Perform precise measurements using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools to ensure conformance to specifications.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and technical documentation.
Maintain and sharpen tooling to ensure optimal production performance and part quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related production issues.
Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production staff to improve and modify tooling designs.
Maintain accurate records of tooling maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certification in Tool & Die Making preferred.
3–5 years of experience as a Toolmaker or in a related precision machining role.
Strong understanding of machining processes, metallurgy, and tooling materials.
Proficiency with both manual and CNC machine tools.
Ability to work independently from complex blueprints and CAD models.
Skilled in precision measurement and inspection techniques.
Excellent problem-solving ability and mechanical aptitude.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
