Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support daily operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring all work areas remain safe, clean, and efficient. This position involves working around fiberglass materials and requires the use of full protective suits and safety equipment.

Pay is based on experience. 
Shift is M-F, 7am-3pm! 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and automated systems
• Review and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
• Maintain tools and equipment in a safe, clean, and organized condition
• Ensure all production and maintenance areas are cleaned and organized after work is completed
• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing required protective suits and PPE when working with fiberglass materials
• Assist in minimizing downtime by responding quickly to maintenance needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with hydraulics and robotic/automated equipment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in an environment requiring full-body protective suits and strict safety protocols
