Job Details:

• First shift, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to stores, managers, and teams
• Create and execute sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
• Evaluate store and employee performance
• Report sales results and forecast profits
• Evaluate staffing needs
• Analyze market trends and discover opportunities for growth
• Recommend new services and products when possible
• Determine long-term and short-term sales goals
• Manage product ordering and shipment
• Train staff members and management
• Manage sales and promotions
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues when necessary
• Remain informed on company policies and updates

Position Requirements:

• Outstanding communication, organization, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft software and other necessary programs
• Previous experience in sales, business, marketing, customer service, or other related fields is preferred
• Remain calm and polite under pressure
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Available needed to travel as
