RESPONSIBILITIES

Take raw textile materials to produce fabric
Manufacture clothing and accessories from fabricated materials
Maximize efficiency and productivity by meeting daily goals and quotas
Operate required machinery, inspect for safety, and call for repairs when needed
Inspect product for quality and damages
Familiarity with each station in the facility
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Required to stand for a long period of time
Engage in repetitive motions
May operate hand and power tools
Ability to work in various temperature and weather conditions including extreme heat, humidity, and cold
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Great attendance and punctual
