Job Details:

• Weekly competitive pay with unlimited $400 referral bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Gather and empty trash
• Maintain the interior and exterior of the designated building(s)
• Sweep, mop, wax, and vacuum floors
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Sanitize, clean, and restock restrooms
• Secure building(s) by locking doors
• Complete emergency tasks promptly
• Order cleaning supplies as needed
• Conduct minor building repairs and fixes
• Good knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals is a plus
• Follow written and verbal instructions carefully and thoroughly
• May engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail
