Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Floor Lead to oversee daily workflow and support production team members in a fast-paced manufacturing/printing environment. The Floor Lead will assist with coordinating tasks, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining smooth, efficient operations throughout the shift.

Key RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily floor operations and assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor production processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide hands-on support with printing, finishing, or production tasks as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, answering questions and assisting with problem resolution.
• Train new team members on workflow, procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
• Communicate production updates, issues, and goals to supervisors or management.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist in tracking materials, supplies, and inventory on the production floor.
• Help meet production deadlines by coordinating workflow and prioritizing tasks.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a production, printing, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or familiarity with production equipment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to lead by example.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs as needed.

Work Environment:

• Production/printing floor environment with frequent standing, walking, and hands-on tasks.
• Requires attention to detail and consistent teamwork.
