RESPONSIBILITIES

Precisely operate spray guns, pens, or brushes to apply a coating
Read and understand job orders
Ensure quality and specifications by inspecting products
Prepare and clean products for painting and coating
Retouch surfaces and use fillers to conceal blemishes
Submerge workpieces into coating substances
Inspect tools for safety and functionality before and after use
Place coated workpieces in ovens or dryers to dry or harden finishes
Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Painting or coating experience is preferred
Stand for an extended time
Engage in bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Attention to detail
Great attendance and punctual
