Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a 1st shift opportunity in the Rome, GA area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to meet production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and proven leadership experience.

Key RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and lead production team members during 2nd shift operations
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and productivity to optimize efficiency
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance
• Address employee concerns and provide leadership support on the floor
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Track and report production metrics and performance

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or higher preferred)
