JOB DETAILS
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform meat cutting and trimming with knives, cleavers, and saws
• Weigh meats and label containers correctly
• Remove products with defects, bruises, or blemishes along with excess fat
• Prepare meat for sale or consumption
• Package and ship products carefully
• Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in meat cutting is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Utilize various tools and equipment
• Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
• Fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Follow written and verbal instructions
