JOB DETAILS

  • First shift, Monday - Sunday

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check identification for age requirements
  • Mix and serve classic and untraditional cocktails
  • Open and carefully manage tabs
  • Process payment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar
  • Ensure glasses and utensils are spotless
  • Manage supplies and inventory
  • Create a positive atmosphere by building natural rapport with customers
  • Record and balance cash receipts and prepare deposits


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bartending license if required
  • On-the-job experience is preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Outstanding communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with precision
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails
