JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety is a plus
• Set up serving lines, steam tables, and dining room tables
• Replenish serving lines with hot and cold food items
• Resupply dishware, napkins, and condiments
• Read tickets and place food items listed onto serving trays
• Ensure correct food portioning
• Maintain a clean kitchen and dining area
• Brew coffee and other beverages
• Manage inventory
• Assist with washing and putting away dishes, glassware, utensils, etc.
• Clean equipment
• Practice first in/first out stock rotation of supplies
• Disposes of garbage
• Follow food safety regulations
• May assist with meal preparation
• May handle cashiering responsibilities
