RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to ensure an acceptable finished product for our customer
• Responsible for overseeing of the production line leaders and floor operates in a productive manner
• Responsible for directing and training all new Line Leads in the production processes, safety and GMPÂ’s
• Work in conjunction with the Quality Department for positive production results
• Inspection of the product every hour or more frequently if the job is complex or critical in its design or use
• Knowledge of the rates of the jobs running on the production line
• Responsible for work packets being filled out both correctly and accurately
• Professional in attitude and performance in supervision of staff
• Perform all computer functions as they pertain to the job
• Back up to Production Supervisor
• Responsible of training of line leaders in all aspects of production
• Assist line leads in training line workers
• Responsible for maintaining company safety environment
• Responsible for effectively managing company procedures and policies
• Understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required
• Good communicator, team player and multi-tasking skills
• Plan in advance for production in your area
• Interpret instructions both oral and written
• Produce at a high level through your staff
• Work with plant management for required results
• Process information and merchandise through computer system

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma/GED and/or one or more years of experience in warehouse production Machines, Tools, Instruments, Equipment and Materials Used
• Know WMS systems (Pack Manager), Microsoft Office
• Willing to work overtime and/or weekends as requested by Production Manager.
