RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inbound and Outbound Shipments
• Unload/supervise unloading and receiving inbound container shipments
• Inspecting quality and noting damage, receiving product in the Company Warehouse Management system, and ensuring stock is put away and stored in the correct bin locations
• Pick, pack, and ship outbound wholesale and direct to consumer orders through the Company Warehouse Management system, and ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness of orders picked, packed and shipped by Team Members
• Direct and supervise Team Members as instructed by Operations Manager, and lead by example to demonstrate Company values and promote teamwork
• Train staff in receiving, handling, storing, inventorying, and shipping of Company products
• Assist Operations Manager with planning staffing needs, including contract labor when required
• Report and/or address any issues or work-related injuries and participate in any investigations as directed by Operations Manager and Human Resources
• Warehouse Management
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with Company standards and processes, and all applicable safety regulations
• Assist Operation Manager to ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories, and report variances and/or damaged items
• Safely operate and maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Perform other related duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• It's about teamwork and having open, honest communication and feedback
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems to receive and ship products
• Forklift certification and experience required
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs daily
• Good organization and decision-making skills, and ability to multi-task to meet deadlines, Company Standards, and Customer Requirements
