RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing furniture and fixtures
• Clean and sanitize toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks
• Stock bathrooms with clean linens, toiletries, and other supplies
• Make beds and change linens
• Vacuum and clean carpets and rugs and steam draperies
• Sort, wash, load, and unload laundry and iron clothes
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste as instructed
• Ensure the care of all rooms to uphold company standards
• Verify operation and safety of equipment and call for repairs when necessary
• Inform the supervisor of any changes and damages
• Handle resident complaints and requests with professionalism and patience
• Maintain inventory and may be required to order inventory when needed
• Comply with health and safety regulations and wear protective gear when needed
• Politely and professionally greet and assist guests

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Housekeeping experience is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Required to engage in repetitive movements including squatting, bending, pushing, and pulling
• Communication, collaboration, time management, and organization skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Follow a strict schedule and work in a fast-paced environment
• Great attendance, punctual, and have a positive attitude
