RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hand select orders within a warehouse environment
• Operate assigned RF unit to create labels
• Correctly place labels on products
• Stack products on pallets under proper selecting procedures (e.g., no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.) to build customer orders
• Safely and efficiently stage pallets for loading on proper dock locations
• Stretch-wrap products on the loading dock
• Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections of equipment
• Learn basic troubleshooting or schedule repairs
• Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus
• Ability to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels
• Work in a fast-paced environment with precision
• Develop a good working knowledge of product, placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Great attendance and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Engage in repetitive motions including bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling
