RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance
• Establish, improve, and implement quality assurance processes
• Ensure products meet internal and external expectations
• Lead, support, and train a team to follow industry-accepted best practices
• Adjust processes based on the latest reports, risks, priorities, and schedules
• Oversee inspections at different stages of the manufacturing process
• Investigate and issue nonconforming reports
• Resolve issues or errors promptly
• Determine the quality by evaluating the final output of products
• Reject products that do not pass the test
• Complete and update quality records
• Maximize production efficiency and eliminate waste
• Support labor and manufacturing needs as time permits

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in precision inspection and quality systems
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Experience managing a team
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications
• Detail-oriented
• Computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Mathematical skills
