A: You can log into your Surge account through ePortal.

A: On ePortal, click "forgot password." You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
For more assistance, please call your local branch or chat with a SURGE Representative.

A: You can find your W‐2 on our ePortal.
Follow the steps below to opt‐in to receive your W‐2.
Step 1 ‐ Sign in to our ePortal.
Step 2 ‐ If you are on your phone, click on "use desktop version." If you are on a computer, continue to the next step.
Step 3 ‐ Once you're logged in, click Manage W‐2s at the top of the page in orange.
Step 4 ‐ Click on "Click here to receive your W‐2s electronically." This will also tell you if you have already opted in.
Step 5 ‐ Once opted in, select the year in orange.
Step 6 ‐ Your W‐2 is now downloaded as a PDF, shown at the bottom of your screen.

Step 3 – Onboarding & In‐Person Interview - The branch will release your final Onboarding paperwork.
Conveniently complete it in the office or online. We have computers at every location for you to use. The branch will conduct an in‐person interview where we tailor your skills and interests to available jobs in the area!

A: To receive the referral bonus, you must be a current Surge employee. The person you refer must disclose your name either on their application or to a Surge Representative. The new Surge employee must work a minimum of 10 weeks with perfect attendance. The $400 Referral Bonuses are unlimited, and you can refer as many people as you want!

A: For pay information, please call or visit your local Surge branch. Pay rates vary depending on the location, position, and shifts.

A: Log into our ePortal to view and print your paystubs via the Pay History tab.
