Job Details:

• First shift, Monday - Friday
• 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Read and understand work orders
• Determine specifications and materials needed
• Accurately wind wire coils that are used in electrical components
• Operator or monitor wire-coiling machinery
• Precisely attach or trim wire, insulation, and coils
• Safely utilize hand and power tools
• Use pliers and wire scrapers to cut, strip, and bend the wire leads at the ends of coils
• Inspect machine functionality before and after use
• Learn troubleshooting and basic repairing
• Load materials onto equipment used in the coiling process
• Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Position Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to keep up with production speak
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Willingness to learn
