Job Details:
- First shift, Monday - Friday
- 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:
- Read and understand work orders
- Determine specifications and materials needed
- Accurately wind wire coils that are used in electrical components
- Operator or monitor wire-coiling machinery
- Precisely attach or trim wire, insulation, and coils
- Safely utilize hand and power tools
- Use pliers and wire scrapers to cut, strip, and bend the wire leads at the ends of coils
- Inspect machine functionality before and after use
- Learn troubleshooting and basic repairing
- Load materials onto equipment used in the coiling process
- Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Position Requirements:
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to keep up with production speak
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Willingness to learn
