Job Details:

• First shift, Monday - Friday
• 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Operate bonding machines that use adhesives to join materials
• Read work orders to determine equipment settings
• Ensure accurate application of adhesive or heating seal on material beings joined
• Adjust the machine according to specifications of width, length, and thickness of materials, amounts of adhesive, temperature, and time settings
• Fill machines with materials including glue, cement, and other adhesives
• Inspect the machine to detect malfunctions
• Learn basic troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Remove jammed materials
• Perform test runs and make operational adjustments
• Inspect and measure completed products for quality and conformance
• Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Position Requirements:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred; willing to provide training
• Stand for an extended time
• Engage in bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and temperatures
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a loud and fast-paced environment
• Excellent attendance
