Job Details:

• Third shift, Monday - Friday
• 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Responsibilities:

• Plan and draw up a production schedule
• Manage inventory and order stock when needed
• Responsible for equipment maintenance and repairs
• Set and implement quality standards
• Ensure production will be cost-effective by estimating costs and negotiating budgets with clients and managers
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules when needed
• Monitor production rates and speed
• Review individual performance and conduct training when needed
• Direct and coordinate daily activities and personnel
• Continuous product quality improvement and monitor daily standards
• Assure timely delivery to the customer and resolve production/shipment issues
• Train new employees, address concerns, and resolve problems
• Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
• Delegate tasks to individuals and teams

Position Requirements:

• Previous Production, Manufacturing, or Assembly experience is required
• Previous supervisory/leadership/management experience is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and other required systems
• Required to stand an extended time
• Must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions
• May engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling
• Outstanding interpersonal, time management, and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail
