Job Details:

• First shift
• 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Issue tickets to vehicles entering the parking lot
• Collect payment from vehicles exiting the parking lot
• Greet and assist guests by operating the gate and directing them to parking space
• Provide excellent customer service and answer general questions
• Observe security monitors and report any suspicious activity
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Balance the cash register at the end of the shift

Position Requirements:

• Outstanding communication skills
• May be required to sit and stand for long periods
• Engage in repetitive motions
• Basic math skills
• Customer Service experience preferred
