Job Details:

• First shift, Monday - Friday
• 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the construction site by removing debris and possible hazards
• Load or unload building materials needed for the project
• Operate material handling equipment, heavy machinery, and tools
• Build or disassemble bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures
• Dig trenches, backfill holes, or compact land
• Inspect equipment to ensure safety and functionality
• Follow plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers
• Erect traffic signage and regulate incoming/outgoing traffic
• Mix, pour, and level concrete
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines
• Read and understand blueprints
• Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
• Other tasks assigned by management

Position Requirements:

• Previous construction experience is a plus
• Required to stand for an extended time
• May engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Team player
• Excellent attendance
• Reliable
