• First shift, Monday - Friday
• 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting insurance policies that best meet their needs
• Explain different insurance policies and coverage options to clients
• Process insurance applications and renewals
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency

Position Requirements:

•  Must be licensed or willing to obtain a license within 60 days
• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High level of professionalism and integrity
