Job Details:

  • Third shift, Monday - Friday
  • 10:00 pm - 7:00 am
  • Weekly competitive pay

Responsibilities:

  • Politely greet arriving and departing guests
  • Provide outstanding customer service and answer questions
  • Check guests in and out through a computer program
  • Review amenities, rates, and other relevant information with guests
  • Provide directions to rooms and other amenities
  • Listen to feedback and resolve issues
  • Calculate the total for stay and services used
  • Accept payment from guests
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Manage online and phone reservations and cancellations
  • Maintain a clean and organized service desk
  • Order office supplies and equipment if needed
  • Receive and hold mail or packages for guests
  • Maintain a stocked snack area if needed


Position Requirements:

  • Customer service experience is a huge plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Some computer knowledge is preferred
  • Great attendance and punctuality
