Job Details:

  • First shift, Monday - Friday
  • 5:30 am - 2:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
  • Increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
  • Revise production based on volume, staff, goals, and productivity
  • Manage inventory and place orders
  • Complete performance, maintenance, inventory, and order reports
  • Effectively communicate with management on progress
  • Train new hires to safely perform tasks at each station
  • Convey updates, developments, and changes to team members
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear


Position Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs (especially Excel)
  • Professional with an exceptional work ethic
  • Outstanding time management, organization, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Sound judgment and resolve issues quickly
  • Safety-minded, dependable and team-oriented
