Responsibilities:

• Comply with health and safety regulations and always wear protective gear
• Work safely in residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, storm, or mold damage
• Survey and assess damage within properties
• Evaluate, photograph, and record damage to all items within the property
• Perform cleaning processes for both contents and structural damage
• Utilize hand and power tools for demolition of structural damage
• Clean up assigned job sites after demolition
• Perform moisture inspections
• Set restoration equipment according to guidelines
• Complete notes of assigned jobs in the operating system
• Contact customers of assigned jobs with estimated time of arrival (ETA)
• Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process
• Maintain assigned vehicles and equipment
• Unload and reload assigned vehicles with equipment
• Keep equipment clean and organized in the shop
• Unload trash in assigned areas
• Record time and code it to the assigned job

Position Requirements:

• Construction & restoration experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn
• Stand for an extended time
• Engage in bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Attention to detail
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and with a team

Equipment Maintenance: o Maintain assigned vehicles and equipment. o Unload and reload assigned vehicles with equipment. o Keep equipment clean and organized in the shop. 8. Environmental Responsibility: o Unload trash in assigned areas. 9. Time Management: o Record time and code it to the assigned job.
