Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages for employees
  • Manage health and life insurance programs
  • Update the system with new hire information or changes in employment status
  • Implement new hire training
  • Project hiring needs and ensures recruitment procedure is successful
  • Develop and uphold HR policies throughout the organization
  • Manage performance review meetings
  • Communicate with employees about additional benefits they might qualify for
  • Respond to any employee questions and concerns promptly
  • Stay updated with all changes in labor legislation


Position Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
  • Degree in the HR or related field
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of labor legislation and payroll procedures
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience managing a team
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Great attention to detail while multitasking
