Job Details:

• Second shift, Monday - Friday
• 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on menu changes and specials by attending meetings regularly with managers
• Arrange table settings and consistently keep tables clean
• Greet customers and present them with menus
• Answer questions regarding the menu, ingredients, and specials and make suggestions based on preferences
• Take orders and pass them to the kitchen staff to prepare
• Deliver food and drinks to the tables
• Check-in with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Deliver checks, collect payments, and return balances
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Position Requirements:

• Excellent communication, collaboration, time-management, and organizational skills
• Previous Customer Service and/or restaurant experience is a plus
• Basic mathematics skills
• Handle cash transactions responsibly
• Stand for long periods
