Job Details:

  • First shift, Sunday - Saturday
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • Daily clean interior and exterior areas of the facility
  • Perform additional seasonal cleaning assignments
  • Remove trash and debris from the property
  • Shovel, plow or use a snowblower to remove snow in the winter and salt walkways to keep areas safe
  • Mow the lawn with riding or push mowers
  • Trim and edge around trees, shrubs, ground cover, flowers, sidewalks, and buildings
  • Weed, thin, and clean flower beds and other areas by hand or utilize proper tools
  • Fertilize and mulch lawns, trees, flowers, and shrubs
  • Maintain turf and irrigation
  • Operate trucks, lifts, and power tools
  • Conduct irrigation audits and repairs

Position Requirements:

  • Must be able to work independently and have initiative
  • Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
  • Required to stand for long periods
  • Will engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling
  • Comply with safety standards and always wear protective gear
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions
  • Knowledge of necessary tools and equipment
