Job Details:

  • First shift, Monday - Friday
  • 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and verify timesheets
  • Enter employee information and payroll data into the system
  • Answer employees' questions and concerns regarding payroll
  • Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductions
  • Process new employees, promotions, and terminations
  • Issue statements detailing earnings and deductions
  • Issue, mail, or deliver paychecks to employees
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Maintain and update payroll records
  • Prepare periodic payroll reports
  • Change employee banking records to process payments accurately
  • Initiate direct deposits or manual checks
  • Alter employee tax status and any information about withholding


Position Requirements:

  • Previous experience and/or education in Payroll or Accounting is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other necessary software
  • Strong communication, time management, and organization skills needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
