Job Details:

• First shift, Monday - Friday
• 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests attending entertainment events
• Sell or collect admission tickets, memberships, or passes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Show guests to their seats and direct them to various communal areas
• Answer any questions about the facility and events
• Resolve seating disputes and customer service concerns

Position Requirements:

• Customer Service experience is preferred
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused
• May be required to stand for long periods
