- First shift, Monday - Friday
- 7:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company is stocked with supplies and services needed to operate successfully
- Perform administrative tasks
- Research price trends
- Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing and product details
- Negotiate pricing
- Compile requests for supplies to create purchase orders
- Track incoming orders to ensure they arrive on time
- Resolve customer and supplier inquiries regarding order status, delays, changes, or cancellations
- Monitor inventory and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Determine best options through price comparison, specifications, and delivery dates
- Calculate costs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Position Requirements:
- Previous warehouse and/or administrative experience is a plus
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficient with Microsoft programs especially Excel
- Great negotiation and mathematical skills
- Organized, responsible, and reliable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
