Job Details:

  • First shift, Monday - Friday
  • 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Post customer payments by recording forms of transactions
  • Verify and input transactions from the lockbox and other deposits
  • Maintain microfilming invoices, debits, and credits
  • Look into sales, trade promotions, and clients when needed to validate account discrepancies
  • Enter adjusting entries to resolve or authorize deductions
  • Follow deductions procedures to resolve invalid transactions
  • Resolve collections by examining payment plans, payment history, and credit line
  • Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts
  • Operate software such as Encompix, Microsoft Excel, or other necessary software


Position Requirements:

  • Proven experience and/or education in Accounting, Data Entry, or Finance
  • Ability to keep the information confidential
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other essential software
